I hired Steph at Upsurge to do a rebrand for me on my ceramics business. After an initial Zoom call to work out my brand essence and what I was after, Steph seemed to just 'get me' from the first call. The work she produced was like she knew my business better than I did. In the concepts she gave me back exactly what I briefed, and also a few concepts that pushed me further and were a bit more adventurous and had more personality. I eventually went with one of these concepts, despite loving a few of them. She was quick to respond and complete the work, took in my amends and improved my requests. Steph is more than a graphic designer but a true branding agency, from developing my purpose, copywriting my taglines and customer facing communications, to the design elements, she will now be my go-to.

Upsurge Studio were great to work with. I wanted a new logo for my business and right from the first contact it has been brilliant, easy and professional.
