I've now been working as a designer for 10 years, and seeing businesses re-energised by design has always given me the greatest joy. Since setting up my own business Upsurge Studio 5 years ago, I've been able to get to know so many wonderful independent businesses, and help them achieve their goals through beautiful, effective design solutions.
